Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Dialeaze subscriptions, cancellations, payments, refunds, telephone numbers, voice usage, messaging usage, and service termination are handled.

● Last Updated: October 2026

1. Dialeaze Subscriptions

Dialeaze provides subscription-based business communication services. Depending on the plan selected, subscriptions may include business phone numbers, calling, messaging, voicemail, call recordings, contacts, call history, and other features described on the Dialeaze website.

Subscription plans are billed according to the pricing and billing frequency displayed at the time of purchase.

The features, limits, and services included in a particular subscription may vary according to the plan selected by the customer.

2. Subscription Billing

When you subscribe to a paid Dialeaze plan, you authorize Dialeaze and its payment provider to process the applicable subscription charges.

Where recurring billing is enabled, the applicable subscription fee may be charged automatically at the beginning of each new billing period until the subscription is cancelled.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and for reviewing the selected plan, pricing, billing frequency, and applicable charges before completing a purchase.

Important: A successful payment may create a recurring subscription obligation until the customer cancels the subscription in accordance with this policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their Dialeaze subscription through the available account or billing controls, or by contacting Dialeaze support.

Cancellation normally prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically reverse or refund charges that have already been successfully processed.

Unless otherwise stated by Dialeaze, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the customer's current paid billing period.

Customers generally continue to have access to eligible services until the end of the period for which they have already paid, subject to account status and compliance with Dialeaze's terms and acceptable-use requirements.

4. Refund Policy

Dialeaze subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, the payment is generally considered final and will not be refunded simply because a customer changes their mind, stops using the service, or does not use all of the services included in the paid billing period.

Partial-month refunds or credits are generally not provided for unused time following cancellation.

Customers should review their selected plan, pricing, billing frequency, and subscription requirements before completing payment.

In simple terms: cancelling a subscription stops future billing; it does not normally create a refund for a successfully processed payment.

Billing Errors and Duplicate Payments

Dialeaze may review and correct legitimate billing errors, including duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or other payment-processing errors identified by Dialeaze or reported by a customer.

Service-Related Refunds or Credits

If Dialeaze is unable to provide a purchased service because of an issue attributable to Dialeaze, the circumstances may be reviewed and, where appropriate, Dialeaze may provide a refund, credit, or other reasonable adjustment.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible, subject to the rules and capabilities of the applicable payment provider.

Refund Processing Time
7–10 Business Days

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after Dialeaze approves the refund. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

5. Voice, SMS & Usage Charges

Dialeaze may provide voice calling, SMS, messaging, and other usage-based communication services.

Charges associated with voice calls, SMS messages, telephone services, or other usage-based communication services may be incurred as those services are used.

Charges for communication services that have already been consumed or incurred are generally non-refundable.

Dialeaze may incur costs from telecommunications carriers, network providers, payment providers, or other third-party service providers when communication services are used.

If a customer believes that a voice, SMS, or other usage charge is incorrect, the customer should contact Dialeaze so that the charge can be reviewed.

6. Spam, Scam, Fraud & Prohibited Use

Dialeaze is intended for legitimate business communication. Customers must not use Dialeaze for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or harmful activities.

Prohibited or abusive activity may include, without limitation:

  • Scam or fraudulent calling.
  • Deceptive caller identification or impersonation.
  • Spam calling or messaging.
  • High-volume abusive or unsolicited communications.
  • Harassment or threatening communications.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Attempts to defraud or deceive recipients.
  • Unauthorized use of another person's identity.
  • Activities that create significant telecommunications abuse or fraud risk.
  • Attempts to circumvent Dialeaze security, billing, or usage controls.

Abuse may result in immediate suspension.

If Dialeaze reasonably determines that an account or associated phone number is being used for spam, scams, fraud, illegal activity, or other serious abuse, we may suspend or terminate the account and associated communication services without waiting until the end of the billing period.

7. Termination for Abuse

Where an account is suspended or terminated because of prohibited activity, Dialeaze may immediately disable access to the affected account, phone numbers, communication services, recordings, messaging functionality, or other platform features.

Where termination results from a violation of Dialeaze's acceptable-use requirements, payments already made for the affected billing period are generally not refundable.

Usage charges or other costs already incurred before suspension or termination remain payable where applicable.

Dialeaze may also cooperate with telecommunications, payment, regulatory, law-enforcement, or other relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

8. Business Phone Numbers

Dialeaze may provision telephone numbers through third-party telecommunications providers.

Telephone numbers may be subject to availability, geographic restrictions, verification requirements, regulatory requirements, carrier policies, and other telecommunications requirements.

A phone number associated with a cancelled, suspended, or terminated account may be released, reclaimed, or otherwise made unavailable depending on the applicable service and telecommunications requirements.

Customers should not assume that a phone number will remain reserved after an account is cancelled or terminated.

Charges associated with telephone numbers that have already been provisioned, reserved, or for which Dialeaze or an underlying telecommunications provider has already incurred costs may be non-refundable.

9. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is declined, Dialeaze may restrict or suspend access to paid services until the applicable payment issue is resolved.

If a payment is successfully processed but later reversed by a payment provider or financial institution, the customer's account may be placed into a payment-due or restricted state until the outstanding amount is resolved.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Dialeaze first if they have a question or concern regarding a payment, subscription, usage charge, or service.

Dialeaze will review legitimate billing concerns and respond appropriately.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from using any dispute or chargeback rights available to them through their bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

Dialeaze may provide relevant account, transaction, service, and usage information to the applicable payment processor when responding to a legitimate payment dispute.

11. Exceptions

Although Dialeaze generally does not provide refunds for successfully processed subscription payments, Dialeaze may issue a refund, credit, or adjustment at its discretion in appropriate circumstances.

Examples may include verified duplicate payments, legitimate billing errors, or circumstances in which Dialeaze determines that an adjustment is appropriate.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any refund, cancellation, consumer, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If Dialeaze issues a refund, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or through another method permitted by the applicable payment provider.
