6. Business Phone Numbers

Dialeaze may provide or provision telephone numbers through third-party telecommunications providers.

Phone-number availability depends on geographic, regulatory, carrier, inventory, and other telecommunications requirements.

A phone number assigned to an account does not necessarily remain permanently reserved to that account.

If an account is cancelled, suspended, terminated, or otherwise becomes inactive, Dialeaze may release, reclaim, or reassign associated telephone numbers where permitted by applicable telecommunications requirements.

7. Voice, Messaging & Communications

Dialeaze enables customers to communicate with third parties using voice and messaging services.

11. Third-Party Providers

Dialeaze may rely on third-party providers for telecommunications, payment processing, hosting, authentication, messaging, infrastructure, analytics, and other services necessary to operate the platform.

Third-party providers may impose additional requirements, restrictions, geographic limitations, verification requirements, or acceptable-use rules.

Dialeaze may perform maintenance, updates, upgrades, or changes to the platform when reasonably necessary.
